It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen any decent silent graphics cards on the market, However Powercolor is about to change that with its latest offering, the HD 6850 SCS3 passively cooled graphics card. The new HD6850 SCS3 is now the fastest completely-silent graphics card on the market.
Some new images of Powercolor’s upcoming HD 6950 PCS++ graphics card have emerged on the web and going by the pictures it looks like its sporting the new dual vortex cooler. No clock specs were released with the graphics card so it's still uncertain as to how well it's going to perform, however since it's from the PCS++ series, you can bet that it’s going to have a fairly decent factory overclock.
