AMD has recently refreshed its Athlon II and Phenom II product line up with the launch of the Athlon II X2 270 and Phenom II X4 850 processors that are now available for pre-order.

The Athlon II X2 270 is currently the fastest Athlon II dual core processor that comes clocked at 3.4Ghz with a total 2MB L2 cache, supports Dual Channel DDR2 and DDR3 memory and operates on a TDP of 65W.

A new addition to the MSI Classic notebook series has just been announced, and if you're considering purchasing a new notebook, you should definitely wait for the MSI CR630 to hit the market.

This latest model is based on AMD's Danube platform, and has a similar design to previous models. Even though its price is still unkown, it is believed that it will have a relatively modest price, for what it offers.
