New GTX 570/GTX 580 VGA cooler released from Zalman

Zalman has just added a new addition to its VF3000 range of VGA coolers. The VF3000F which is now compatible with the GF110 based graphics cards. That's right! As of today you can finally ditch your stock cooler on your GTX 570 and GTX 580 graphics cards and replace it with one of these bad boys! This should give you nice steady temps when trying to push the most out of your graphics card.

The design on the VF3000F largely remains the same as its predecessors other than its obvious support for the GTX 570/580 cards. It remains to keep the same copper base and still transfers its heat out through five copper heat pipes and then dispersed through an aluminium heat sink. The heat sink is then helped to keep cool via its 2 top mounted 92mm cooling fans. The fans in the VF3000F are lit with green LEDs and have a matching green cover which ties in really nicely with the Nvidia theme. The fans also spin between 1400 and 3000RPM depending on how you have set the included Fan Mate 2 controller and produces 18 to 33 dBA of noise.

VRM/RAM heat sinks and Zalman ZM-STG2 thermal paste also come bundled with the cooler to further help aid in cooling. The VF3000F cooler should start turning up in retail/e-tail shops within the next few days and has been spotted listed for €40 in a few stores already.
